RETURNS & EXCHANGES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

We offer return labels and exchanges for many international orders, but not all. You can check if your country is covered by entering your order number and email in the returns portal. If your country is not covered, you will need to arrange the return yourself using the address and details below.

You have a 14-day return period starting from the day you receive your package at your address or pickup point.

If you need to arrange the return yourself:

• Choose a shipping carrier of your choice (e.g., at your local post office).

• Return costs are your responsibility (including any customs/VAT for returns outside the EU). Please ship as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) if returning from outside the EU to avoid customs issues.

• Always use a tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages sent as regular letters.
  

Packages must be sent directly – we do not collect parcels from kiosks or post offices.

Always include your name and order number inside the package so we can identify your return.

Important:

• Customs, VAT, or other fees outside the EU are not refundable.
• Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds may take up to 10 business days.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are available for many international orders via the returns portal.

• If your country is not covered, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

• Webshop orders can also be exchanged in our physical store in Copenhagen.
  

We cannot accept a return or exchange if:

• The 14-day return period has expired.
• The item is not properly packaged.
• The item shows signs of perfume, makeup, or smoke.
• Hangtags or labels are removed or damaged.
